Wazalendo SACCO is owned by members. The Supreme authority therefore is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members and this elects the BoD that is responsible for making policies and the BoD hires management that implements the Policies, BoD decision and runs day today business.

The AGM also elects the supervisory committee responsible for supervising the Board and Management.
